Receta con alma natural de Saborea Castilla y León
Arroz cremoso con verduras y colorante Kamarere
En Saborea Castilla y León apostamos por los productos naturales, sostenibles y llenos de vida. Hoy te traemos una receta que lo demuestra: un arroz cremoso con verduras, elaborado con el colorante natural en polvo de Kamarere, un producto sin aditivos artificiales, elaborado a partir de ingredientes 100 % vegetales y perfectos para dar un tono dorado y apetecible a tus platos.
Lo primero es lo primero, y son los ingredientes:
Ingredientes (para 4 personas)
- 300 g de arroz redondo o tipo bomba
- 1 cebolla dulce
- 1 pimiento rojo
- 1 calabacín pequeño
- 1 zanahoria
- 2 dientes de ajo
- 1 litro de caldo de verduras o de pollo
- 1 cucharadita de colorante natural Kamarere
- 50 ml de vino blanco de Cuatro Rayas tempranillo 10 meses en barrica
- Aceite de oliva virgen extra de Emán Vara Gourmet 12+1 AOVE
- Sal al gusto de Flor de Sal de Brisa de Levante
- Queso curado rallado (opcional, para un toque cremoso), queso viejo Campoveja
Preparación paso a paso
Lava y corta en dados pequeños la cebolla, el pimiento, el calabacín y la zanahoria. Pela y pica el ajo muy fino.
En una cazuela baja o sartén amplia, calienta un chorro de aceite de oliva virgen extra. Añade la cebolla y el ajo, sofríe unos minutos, y luego incorpora el pimiento, la zanahoria y el calabacín. Cocina a fuego medio hasta que las verduras estén tiernas.
Añade el arroz y remueve para que se impregne bien con el sofrito. A continuación, incorpora la cucharadita de colorante natural Kamarere, que aportará un color dorado intenso y un matiz vegetal sin alterar el sabor.
Vierte el vino blanco y deja que se evapore el alcohol, removiendo suavemente.
Añade el caldo caliente poco a poco, sin dejar de remover. Cocina unos 18-20 minutos, hasta que el arroz esté tierno y cremoso. Ajusta de sal.
Si deseas una textura más melosa, añade una cucharada de queso rallado o una nuez de mantequilla antes de servir.
