La Aloja de la Reina es una bebida fermentada con base de miel que hunde sus raíces en la Edad Media, cuando era conocida como hidromiel y se consideraba una bebida noble y revitalizante. Receta: Cóctel “Reina de Castilla”
Ingredientes (para 1 persona)
- 60 ml de Aloja de la Reina de Beekinga
- 30 ml de ginebra artesanal (opcional, para una versión con alcohol)
- 15 ml de zumo de limón natural
- 10 ml de miel de brezo de Miel 79
- Frutos rojos deshidratada: arándanos, frambuesas o fresas de Natursnacks
- Hielo al gusto
- Ramita de menta fresca para decorar
Preparación paso a paso
- Llena una coctelera con abundante hielo.
- Añade la Aloja de la Reina, la ginebra (si deseas un toque más intenso), el zumo de limón y la miel.
- Agita con energía durante 15-20 segundos hasta que los ingredientes estén bien integrados.
- Sirve en un vaso alto o tipo copa, con hielo fresco.
- Decora con frutos rojos y una ramita de menta.
El resultado es un cóctel refrescante, aromático y equilibrado, donde la suavidad de la miel y los toques florales se combinan con la acidez del limón y el frescor de los frutos rojos. Una bebida que invita a disfrutar con calma, sorbo a sorbo.
