Vasitos cremosos con crema de pistacho Sembrao y galletas de canela de La Tía Melitona.
En Saborea Castilla y León nos encanta descubrir nuevas formas de disfrutar los sabores de nuestra tierra. Hoy te proponemos un postre que combina tradición, innovación y productos cien por cien locales: vasitos cremosos con crema de pistacho Sembrao y galletas artesanas de La Tía Melitona.
Un bocado que resume lo que somos: calidad, sabor y pasión por los pequeños productores de Castilla y León.
Ingredientes (para 4 vasitos)

- 4 cucharadas generosas de crema de pistacho Sembrao
-
- 8 galletas artesanas de canela La Tía Melitona
-
- 200 ml de nata para montar
-
- 100 g de crema de queso de oveja de Sirga o crema de queso y miel de Oro del Duero y Sirga
-
- 1 cucharadita de miel de brezo o mil flores de Oro del Duero

- Pistachos troceados o granola de Pistacyl o una pizca de chocolate rallado para decorar el plato
Preparación de la receta, paso a paso:
Tritura las galletas hasta obtener una textura de arena gruesa.
Coloca una capa en el fondo de cada vasito y reserva un poco para decorar al final.
En un bol, bate el queso crema con la miel hasta que quede suave. Añade la crema de pistacho Sembrao y mezcla bien hasta que la crema sea homogénea y sedosa.
En otro recipiente, monta la nata bien fría hasta que esté firme. Incorpórala poco a poco a la mezcla de pistacho con movimientos envolventes, para que no pierda aire.
Reparte la crema en los vasitos sobre la base de galleta. Cubre con una pizca de galleta triturada por encima y unos pistachos troceados o virutas de chocolate.
Guarda los vasitos en el frigorífico al menos una hora antes de servir.
